Vectour provided comprehensive shuttle services for Summerfest 2021, celebrated as “The World’s Largest Music Festival,” located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Objectives

• System Planning and Operation: Vectour took charge of planning and operating the overall delivery of the bus transportation system for Summerfest, ensuring a streamlined process from start to finish.
• Park and Ride Recommendations: We made strategic recommendations on park and ride locations to increase the efficiency of the shuttle system, reducing wait times and improving attendee satisfaction.
• Bus Allocation and Procurement: Vectour determined and procured the appropriate number of buses to keep rider wait times at 20 minutes or less, managing a fleet of 60 buses adeptly tailored to the event’s needs.
• Local Stakeholder Collaboration: We worked closely with the Milwaukee Police Department and security officials to ensure proper routing and road closures to facilitate effective bus flow and ensure safety.
• On-site Staffing and Rider Assistance: Vectour managed on-site staffing needs during festival shuttle operations, deploying a team to assist riders at loading zones and provide venue wayfinding.
