Vectour is responsible for managing two critical shuttle operations at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, serving both the PARKATL customers and employee shuttle. These operations are essential to the airport's daily functioning, ensuring seamless transportation for thousands of individuals every day.

Vectour aimed to ensure
consistent and reliable shuttle services for both public passengers and airport staff, maintaining high service standards 24/7.
Managing a fleet of 88 cutaway buses and 174 operational staff members, Vectour ensured that all shuttles were well-maintained, and staff were trained to meet the needs of the busy Atlanta Airport environment.

Staff Coordination and Training:
Comprehensive training programs for shuttle drivers and operational staff were deployed to ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This also involved careful coordination to meet the needs of unionized employees in ParkAtl while
maintaining non-union management for Employee Lot 3.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Vectour worked closely with the Atlanta Airport, SP+, and security teams to ensure proper shuttle routing, road closures, and overall shuttle flow were coordinated effectively.
This service supports the airport’s public shuttle bus operations, managing the fleet and driver operations for the North, South, and International parking lots. The shuttles transport passengers to and from the departure/arrival terminals efficiently and on time.
Vectour also provides shuttle services to authorized airport employees, including TSA, airline, and other functional employees. The shuttle transports staff from an off-site parking lot to the terminal, ensuring that key personnel arrive on time and with minimal
disruptions.
Both services operate seamlessly around the clock to accommodate the airport’s demanding schedule and ensure smooth transportation logistics.
Vectour successfully provided 24/7 shuttle services without significant delays or disruptions. The smooth coordination between fleet and staff ensured that both public and employee transportation needs were met efficiently.
