Vectour provided comprehensive shuttle services for Summerfest 2021, celebrated as "The World's Largest Music Festival," located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This iconic event, renowned for its extensive lineup and vibrant music scenes, attracted thousands of attendees to the American Family Insurance Amphitheater. Over the course of the festival, Vectour successfully transported over 90,000 attendees, delivering a seamless and efficient mobility experience.

Vectour was tasked with planning and operating an efficient transportation system that would deliver attendees to and from the festival grounds while minimizing wait times and ensuring a positive overall experience.
Vectour took charge of planning and operating the overall delivery of the bus transportation system for Summerfest, ensuring a streamlined process from start to finish.
Vectour made strategic recommendations on park and ride locations to increase the efficiency of the shuttle system, reducing wait times and improving attendee satisfaction.
Vectour determined and procured the appropriate number of buses to keep rider wait times at 20 minutes or less, managing a fleet of 60 buses adeptly tailored to the event's needs.
Vectour worked closely with the Milwaukee Police Department and security officials to ensure proper routing and road closures to facilitate effective bus flow and ensure safety.
Vectour managed on-site staffing needs during festival shuttle operations, deploying a team to assist riders at loading zones and provide venue wayfinding.
Collaboration with local authorities and the strategic integration of sponsorship initiatives were highly successful, reflecting Vectour's capacity to manage complex logistics and enhance community relations.
The strategic location of park and ride options and effective communication of shuttle schedules significantly contributed to a seamless festival experience, as evidenced by positive attendee feedback.
